Google maps has us correctly pinned for location although they have the road marked as Ballyrussell Road.

We all rely on Sat Navs to get us to our destination especially when we're in an unknown area but they don't guarantee us not ending up being lost which can be very frustrating if your tired, jet-lagged and hungry or worse still need the loo! So please take note of the instructions below. If you end up looking at 6 white houses at a small roundabout or have passed a field full of young Christmas trees you are in the wrong Peartree Hill. Please phone us rather than disturb our neighbours and we will help you. They are very pleasant and helpful but we don't like disturbing them unnecessarily. You are only 5 minutes from us. FOR SAT NAV INSTRUCTIONS USE POSTCODE BT16 1XE

Google will confuse your sat nav as there are 3 Peartree Hills locally and it will take you to the wrong end of our Peartree Hill which joins an impassable lane. Unless you have a 4 x 4 and are an adventurer please

From Belfast City Airport : 

Head South West out of the airport signed for Bangor
LEFT onto Sydenham Bypass
Immediately head to outer lanes on right & follow signs for Outer Ring & Ulster Hospital (A55)
Continue to follow signs for Outer Ring (A55), Newcastle & Lisburn
1.1m. Roundabout take 2nd exit (A55)
0.6m. Left onto Newtownards Road (A20)
1.4m. You will pass a cemetery on right, get into right hand lane and at next traffic lights turn right following Comber (A22). Winemark will be in divide of road.
Drive through 4 sets of lights and take 2nd right called New Line.
1m. into the country and you will come to a sharp right hand bend. Peartree Hill B&B is the white house on the right at the top of the hill.

Parking is to the right at the front of the main house and you are very welcome at Peartree Hill.
 

Approaching from the SOUTH or WEST via the M1:

Follow signs for Belfast.
Exit at Junction 6 – A49 Lisburn / Saintfield / City Centre
Roundabout – 2nd exit marked for Hillhall Road
Right at T junction onto Hillhall Road
Roundabout- 1st exit
Continue for 2.9m. to traffic lights
Continue Straight ahead onto Purdysburn Road
Roundabout – 3rd exit and stay in left lane
Right onto A24 – Then QUICK LEFT at lights onto Knockbracken Road
Continue 2.2m to a staggered junction, staying in right hand lane turn left , follow signs for Castlreagh Hills Golf Club
1.5m – T junction take right onto Gilnahirk Road
Proceed to next junction take right onto Gransha Road then quick left onto Peartree Hill.
Come to next T junction where you will see sheds on the left 
Turn left and Peartree Hill is the first house immediately on the left.

Parking is to the right at the front of the main house and you are very welcome at Peartree Hill.
